Designers Remix is a Danish sustainable fashion brand, designed by Creative Director Charlotte Eskildsen. Together with her husband, CEO Niels Eskildsen, they founded the brand in 2002 with the vision of using already existing resources and redesigning and remixing recycled residues from various brands.
Ever since, the design approach has been to create modern sustainable clothing. Charlotte Eskildsen’ strong belief in innovative materials of high, preferably sustainable, quality is emphasized in the experimental creation of the clothing, with strong iconic silhouettes for the global audience. In 2007, Designers Remix launched the children’s clothing line Little Remix, which makes high-quality fashion for the little fashionistas. In 2019, the children’s clothing line was relaunched under the name Designers Remix Girls. Today, Designers Remix is sold in more than 400 stores worldwide.
For the brand’s 15th anniversary, the original design heritage was recovered and the sub-line Designer’s Remix Preloved launched. A circular project where the consumer’s used Designer Remix clothing is being redesigned. Along with the new bottom line, Designers Remix is now transforming the entire brand into a sustainable champion by 2020. By using materials that do not compromise on environmental responsibility and taking all production processes into consideration, the goal is to become a front-runner in the urgent field .
